This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The host is 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “IONOS”). Personal data collected on this website is stored on IONOS servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via a website. IONOS is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). IONOS will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and will follow our instructions regarding this data. Further processing on servers other than those mentioned above by IONOS will only take place within the scope specified below. 1&1 IONOS WebAnalytics
This website uses “IONOS WebAnalytics,” a web analytics service provided by 1&1 IONOS Internet SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (hereinafter referred to as “IONOS”), to track and evaluate certain user actions. Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Duration of Storage of Personal Data
The duration of the storage of personal data depends on the respective legal basis, the purpose of processing and, if relevant, any additional tax and commercial law retention periods. With your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, we will store your data until you revoke your consent. If there are statutory retention periods for the storage of your data that is processed during legal or quasi-legal obligations, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided that it is no longer required for processing for the performance of a contract or for the initiation of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in further storage. Your personal data, which has been stored on the legal basis of processing to safeguard our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, will be stored until you exercise your right to object in accordance with Art. 21 (1) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. Your data stored on a legal basis for the purpose of direct marketing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR will be stored until you exercise your right to object in accordance with Art. 21 (2) GDPR.
